Plaka Beach stretches for nearly five kilometres along the southwestern coast of Naxos, offering some of the finest sand in the Cyclades. Unlike busier beaches, Plaka retains an air of tranquillity, with crystal-clear waters and gentle winds that make it perfect for both swimming and windsurfing.
The beach is backed by sand dunes and cedar trees, providing natural shade and a sense of seclusion. Several excellent tavernas dot the coastline, serving fresh seafood and local specialities, yet the beach never feels crowded.

The largest of the Cyclades, Naxos offers a rare combination of stunning beaches, mountainous interior, ancient ruins, and authentic village life. Unlike some neighbouring islands, Naxos has retained much of its agricultural heritage, producing excellent cheese, wine, and the famous Kitro liqueur.
Naxos Town (Chora) features a magnificent Venetian castle, winding marble-paved lanes, and the iconic Portara—the massive doorway of an unfinished temple to Apollo. The island's interior reveals mountain villages like Apiranthos and Halki, where time seems to have stood still.

Easy Access
Naxos is accessible by both air and sea, making it one of the most convenient Cycladic islands to reach.
Naxos Airport (JNX) receives daily flights from Athens throughout the year, with increased frequency during summer months. Flight time is approximately 45 minutes. From the airport, the villas are a 15-minute drive.

Regular ferry services connect Naxos to Piraeus (Athens), Santorini, Mykonos, and other Cycladic islands. High-speed ferries from Piraeus take approximately 3.5 hours, whilst conventional ferries take 5-6 hours.
The port is located in Naxos Town, 10 minutes' drive from the villas.
